Terms & Conditions
for Computer Doctor
Welcome to Computer Doctor. By using our website, booking a service, or receiving remote or onsite assistance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please stop using our services.
Service Overview
Computer Doctor provides IT support, remote PC repair, virus removal, performance optimization, business services, network troubleshooting, security assistance, and smart home setup. Services may be delivered remotely, by phone, or onsite when necessary.
We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes we make.
Remote Access & Authorization
By requesting support, you allow our technicians to access your device using secure remote-access software. You may end the session anytime, and remote sessions may be recorded for quality purposes.
You are responsible for backing up important files before service begins and ensuring you have legal permission to authorize access. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or data loss.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your device and maintain legal ownership of the hardware and software being serviced. A stable internet connection is required for remote repairs.
You must back up your important data and follow technician guidance during and after service. Not following instructions may affect the success of the repair.
Service Limitations
Computer Doctor will make every reasonable effort to complete your repair successfully. However, we cannot guarantee full data recovery, complete malware removal, or improved performance on failing hardware.
Some issues may require hardware replacement or third-party support. Older systems or unsupported software may limit the results we can achieve.
Payments & Billing
All pricing is discussed before service begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cards, online payments, and bank transfers.
Invoices must be paid within the stated period. Unpaid invoices may result in collection actions or additional fees if payment remains outstanding.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered individually. We do not guarantee refunds for issues caused by hardware defects, previous system damage, user errors, or external service provider problems.
If we cannot complete a service, we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the issue.
Warranties & Disclaimers
All services are provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, third-party software issues, or internet service problems outside our control.
Computer Doctor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, service interruption, or business impact resulting from computer issues.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, images, and written materials belong to Computer Doctor. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action or termination of service access.
Third-Party Services
Some repairs require third-party software or tools. Computer Doctor is not responsible for their performance, policies, or long-term reliability. You agree to any terms required by those providers.
We do not control updates, pricing, or compatibility issues involving third-party applications used during repairs.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Missed or late cancellations may result in a service fee to cover reserved time.
Repeated cancellations may affect future booking availability or result in declined service.
Termination of Service
Computer Doctor may refuse or terminate service for abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, nonpayment, misuse of tools, or any action that threatens security or technician safety.
We reserve the right to end service immediately if we detect unauthorized access attempts during remote sessions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by local jurisdiction laws. Any disagreements or claims must be resolved within the courts of that jurisdiction.
Using our services confirms your acceptance of these legal conditions and responsibilities.
